DIET KONTROL™ management system and menu and
recipe development provides resident specific information
and organizes it into reports that are used by health
care and dietary staff for the production and delivery
of meals and snacks. It also provides tools for supervision
and quality control.
The program is designed to help streamline the operations
of food service departments in long term care facilities
and address some of the more common Ministry of Health
and Long Term Care compliance issues.
