DIET KONTROL™ is a comprehensive resident information management system and menu and recipe development software program designed for use in Food Service departments in Long Term Care Facilities.

The DIET KONTROL™ team is addressing the needs of the wide community of Food Service and Nutrition specialists by providing a web based program to help you make use of the vast amount of information available in the Canadian Nutrient Files (CNF) and the United States Department of Agriculture Nutrient Database (USDA). This program will also include the ability to create your own Custom Foods database and to use foods from any of the three sources to construct recipes and generate a full nutritional analysis of the result.
